We now have four nursing homes using our Hotline that goes to MAP. Before we had MAP Communications we had an 800 number that went to voicemail. It would send a text message letting us know a message was waiting. People would hang up and we would still get paged. With MAP we always get a message and it is sent to us. We don’t have to call in to find out who called or why.
